How to Pay MOCA -- Membership Renewals & Other Transactiions

With renewals about to happen and a few events being arranged, it is worthwhile highlighting the methods available for remitting money to MOCA:
Recent changes to our banking facility have also allowed us to expand this to include direct crediting (or Internet Banking) to the MOCA account:
Direct Credit / Internet Banking – can be used for any event or purpose but take care to include the following detail accurately:
Account Name – Mustang Owners Club of Australia (NSW)
BSB – 062 139
Account – 00 90 3078
Amount – remittance amount

Reference – for your membership renewal, use the reference located on the top right corner of the renewal notice (the database ID number and Surname). If you have any changes to be made to your details, simply send an email setting out the new detail. For all other transactions which do not have a specific reference, use your SURNAME plus PHONE NUMBER (exclude area code) from your membership records. We do need to be able to identify the remitter (YOU) but do not need to know the purpose of the payment as that can usually be determined from the payment amount. Confirm with an email, if convenient, but not critical, please confirm the transfer with a short advice: „We have transferred $x.xx to MOCA for (Membership Renewal / Xmas in July / Advertising / etc.)‟ to treasurer@nsw.mustang.org.au. There is no need to include a copy of the transfer record. The email just makes it easier to be sure of proper identification and processing.

Cash – always good, but please, ask for a receipt! If a receipt is not available, then wait until one can be issued.
Cheque or Money Order – when forwarding, be sure to include your name if different from the cheque account holder. Make payable to Mustang Owners Club of Australia (NSW). No abbreviations. With membership renewals, return the notice with any updates as applicable.
Credit Card – a fee is payable, so not encouraged as the costs are prohibitive and we cannot offer security of the information provided. You may still be able to transfer funds from your credit card, or EFTPOS account, to MOCA by using the Direct Credit option as detailed above. Ask your card provider for details.
